Belmont Shore Physical Therapy accepts most of the insurances, auto injuries cases and workman's comp plans. We are also Medicare certified.
As a courtesy for our patients we will contact your insurance company to verify your benefits for our services and submit all claims to your carrier. However, patient should also contact their insurance carrier to know their physical therapy benefits and realize of all covered and non-covered benefits. If your insurance carrier denies treatment for any reason, we offer a discounted fee of $75/visit for services received.
